General conditions for donation
The Croatian Red Cross would like to thank all citizens, companies and organisations that support our humanitarian work with their donations. Each donation, regardless of the amount, contributes to providing aid to people in need, responding to crises, and implementing the humanitarian programs and activities of the Croatian Red Cross.
Ways to donate
The Croatian Red Cross offers several ways to donate for maximum flexibility. You can donate once ("small-scale programs of the Croatian Red Cross") or by regular monthly donations. Donations are also possible by bank payment, in cryptocurrencies, through donation boxes and other methods provided by the Croatian Red Cross.

The donor phone is available 24 hours a day throughout the year and you can donate funds for Croatian Red Cross programs by calling it. As needed, the donor phone is activated for emergency appeals to help people affected by crises in the country and the world.
The call cost is 0.83 € per call, VAT included.
Purpose of donations
Donations intended for a specific program or emergency appeal (humanitarian action) are used strictly for that purpose. Donations that are not intended for a specific program or appeal are used to support the humanitarian activities of the Croatian Red Cross, in accordance with its mission and priorities.
Online payment security
Online donations are processed through certified electronic payment service providers. The Croatian Red Cross does not collect or store payment card information. All transactions are carried out using appropriate data protection security standards.
Personal data protection
Donors personal data are processed only for the purpose of completing the donation and fulfilling related obligations, in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations and the privacy policy of the Croatian Red Cross.
Changing or cancelling monthly donation
Donors who support the Croatian Red Cross with regular monthly donations may request a modification or cancellation of the monthly donation. For all information and requests regarding monthly donations, feel free to contact us via the contact details provided on this page.
Donation refunds
In case of an error with your online payment or other circumstances that require a refund of your donation, you can submit a refund request within 14 days. Each request is considered individually, in accordance with the circumstances of the transaction and applicable regulations.
