CRC Statute

Statute of the Croatian Red Cross is a fundamental legal document regulating work and activities of the Croatian Red Cross. The Statute (consolidated text) was published in the Official Gazette on 2 November 2005, Nr 130 (NN 130/05).

The Statute regulates the work and activities as well as the structure of the Croatian Red Cross and its Municipality, City and County branches. The Croatian Red Cross General Assembly adopts the Statute while the Croatian Parliament gives its consent to it.

Statute of the Croatian Red Cross, as a National Society Statute has to comply with the minimum requirements for a National Society’s Statute given by the Statute of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
